Achieving User Growth Through Design
My role: I led a comprehensive redesign of the user interface, collaborating closely with the development team to implement a new design system based on Google's Material IO components. My responsibilities included conducting user testing and user research, prioritizing features, and overseeing the implementation of new functionalities. Following the redesign, we achieved a significant increase in users, with growth of several hundred percent in the third and fourth quarters.
